Mt. Yonder Shipping Policy

At Mt. Yonder, we do our best to get your gear, gifts, and goodies to you quickly and securely—whether it ships from our little shop in Walhalla or directly from one of our trusted partners through Shopify Collective.


Shipping Methods & Timeframes

In-House Orders (Ships from Mt. Yonder HQ):
• We ship orders Monday–Friday within 2–3 business days.
• Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
• We’ll send you a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Shopify Collective Orders (Ships from Partner Brands):
• Items shipping directly from partner brands may have separate shipping timeframes.
• You’ll receive a tracking number for each shipment when it’s available.
• Some items may arrive in multiple packages depending on what you ordered.


Shipping Rates

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and shipping method.
• Occasionally, we offer free shipping promos. Sign up for our emails so you don’t miss out.


Delays & Exceptions

• We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx), weather, or supply chain disruptions.
• If your order is delayed more than 10 business days beyond the estimated arrival date, please contact us—we’ll help track it down.


Lost or Damaged Packages

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging.
• If a package is marked “delivered” but you can’t find it, please check with neighbors or your local carrier first.
• We’re happy to help file a claim, but we are not liable for packages lost after confirmed delivery.


International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States.
